Saba Fabian

A private note from Francisco & Gilberto Zamora

A preview of our work.

Saba and Fabian — we’re honored to be considered for your project.

We recognize this project — a comprehensive main-living modernization, with kitchen as the priority, as well as deck, foundation and drainage, both baths, fireplace, and floor leveling — is a major commitment and you need a partner you can trust. We hope we can be that.

Below is a preview of our work, intended to show how our family-owned crew has helped bring to life kitchen, bath, flooring, and structural renovation projects in the past.

FamilyOwned · owner on every job

We’re a family-owned general contractor. A small team means a high level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail, with our company owner personally supervising each job from beginning to end. It’s the kind of service you get when the people whose name is on the truck are the ones on site.

“We highly recommend Zamora Home Improvement. They built a two bedroom ADU in our backyard from the ground up and they made the process so easy for us. They were very professional and knowledgeable, highly communicative, efficient, and performed high quality work. We really appreciated that this is a family run company and everyone who worked on our ADU project was a member of the Zamora family or a trusted friend. They really know what they’re doing, and they work fast. Gilberto and Francisco were very responsive and always available to answer our questions. We will definitely be hiring Zamora again for our next home improvement project.”

“Zamora Home Improvement was a great group to work with for our small room addition. They did quality work, they were flexible with changes and turned out a quality product on budget. We were very happy with them and will be using them again in the future.”

“I loved working with them and have called them back since. They did great work for a reasonable price and were very receptive throughout the project to changes and adjustments; their attitude is « yes we can do it » which is very nice. I plan on continuing to use Gilberto and team going forward. Loved working with them.”

II Experience

We bring a range of experience.

We handle jobs ranging from kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, tile, plumbing, electrical, and even new construction.

III Design process

How we bring your vision to life.

Our team at Zamora stays accountable for the build. For architecture and interior design, we’re flexible — you can bring your own team, or we’ll connect you with top-rated Bay Area partners.

For this project, we plan to work with Jennifer Bell of Enotive, whom we’ve done past projects with. Below you can see past examples of our collaborative work with her, from architectural drawings to 3D renderings to the final finished result. You can also see other examples from her own portfolio.

  • Space planning and finish direction grounded in how you actually live — not catalog rooms
  • Mockups and revisions until selections feel right, with costs discussed upfront
  • Close coordination with our crew so design intent survives demolition, framing, and install
Zamora × Enotive

A bathroom collaboration.

Example of Zamora and Enotive’s past collaboration. The process involves documenting the existing room or locking the new layout via drawings, gathering inspiration, compiling mood boards and shopping for materials, rendering in 3D, and finally completing construction.
